Sharing of data to other responsible parties
As a matter of principle, we will only transfer your personal data to other responsible parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract, if we or the third party have a legitimate interest in the transfer, or if we have your consent to do so. Details on the legal basis and the recipients or categories of recipients can be found in the section Processing purposes and legal basis. Third parties may also be other companies of the Bosch Group. Where data is transferred to third parties on the basis of a legitimate interest, this is explained in this data protection notice.

Service providers (general)
We commission external service providers with tasks such as sales and marketing services, programming and data hosting. We have carefully selected these service providers and monitor them regularly, in particular their careful handling and safeguarding of the data stored with them. All service providers are obligated by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with legal requirements. Service providers may also be other companies of the Bosch Group.
Disclosure to recipients outside the EEA
We may also transfer personal data to recipients located outside the EEA in so-called third countries. In this case, we ensure before the transfer that either an adequate level of data protection exists at the recipient or that your consent to the transfer has been obtained.
You can obtain from us an overview of the recipients in third countries and a copy of the specifically agreed regulations to ensure the appropriate level of data protection. Please use the information in the Contact section for this purpose.
Duration of storage, retention periods
We generally store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our online offering and the associated services, or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it (e.g. we may still have a legitimate interest in postal marketing even after a contract has been fulfilled). In all other cases, we delete your personal data with the exception of data that we must continue to store in order to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., we are required to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period of time due to retention periods under tax and commercial law).

For this purpose, we use web analysis tools described in this section.
The usage profiles created by these tools with the help of analysis cookies or by evaluating log files are not merged with personal data. The tools either do not use users' IP addresses at all or truncate them immediately after collection.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google Analytics with the additional function offered by Google to anonymize IP addresses. In this case, the IP address is usually already shortened by Google within the EU and only in exceptional cases in the USA and in any case only stored in shortened form.
You can object to the collection or analysis of your data by this tool by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

This does not apply to data that is required for billing and accounting purposes or is subject to the legal obligation to retain data. However, to the extent that access to such data is not required, its processing will be restricted (see below).
Objection to data processing
In addition, you have the right to object to data processing by us at any time. We will then stop processing your data unless we can prove - in accordance with legal requirements - compelling reasons for further processing that are worthy of protection and that outweigh your rights.
